The solution to your problem
The best, most sustainable and cost-effective solution to the contaminated site at your location. That is what BioSoil b.v. and its employees aim for in every project. The applied techniques are secondary to this primary objective. Consequently, a remediation operation will generally consist of a combination of conventional and innovative techniques. This often includes on site and in situ remediation techniques for the simple reason that these offer the most advantages to you and to the environment. This is one aspect by which BioSoil distinguishes itself from its competitors, but not the only one. Other distinctive aspects are:
- The commitment to get the most out of the possibilities
- Smart solutions to awkward contamination situations
- Remediation with an obligation to achieve a specific result and strict deadlines
- Specialized in in situ and on site techniques
- Down-to-earth approach
- Sensitive to the context
- Continuous focus on solution aimed innovations
- Expert project leaders, advisors and other employees
The commitment to get the most out of the possibilities
Every location, every soil contamination and every environmental permit is different. Getting the maximum return for the client based on this unique combination is where the skill comes in. That is the commitment of the BioSoil team. They are sensitive to the unique properties and creatively consider the possibilities they offer in a remediation operation. By diverging from the beaten path and exploring the boundaries of what is possible, they collectively realize maximum results.
Smart solutions to awkward contamination situations
Contaminations that cannot easily be remediated and that are situated at places that cannot easily be reached are the ultimate challenge for BioSoil. Finding the right solution to such a problem is tackled with enthousiasm and dedication. This process is guided by the concept of solving the soil problem as soon as possible at realistic costs. Clever application of the possibilities offered by existing techniques often enables us to offer an attractive solution. Should the existing techniques fail, a new solution can be developed in collaboration with BioSoil R&D.
Remediation with an obligation to achieve a specific result and strict deadlines
BioSoil trusts its own solutions and techniques. Consequently, we are taking on remediation contracts with an obligation to achieve a specific result more frequently. Concluding a remediation operation based on a strict and realistic deadline has become generally accepted. Interested? Do not hesitate to contact us for information on the possibilities for your site.
Specialized in in situ and on site techniques
BioSoil has specialized in the application of in situ and on site techniques ever since its establishment in 1993. Over the years this has resulted in a unique combination of developed techniques, equipment and patented additives. This enables BioSoil to guide the processes in the soil in such a way that even seriously contaminated sites can be remediated relatively quickly and cost-effectively. Furthermore, it enables the possibility to combine the remediation operation with a planned development at the site and offers unique possibilities for sparing existing structures or continuing the activities at a production location. BioSoil has meanwhile become market leader in this field in the Netherlands.
Down-to-earth approach
Sweet talk and promises that are never realized are no big help to you or to us. That is why we do not try to paint the situation better than it is and we call a spade a spade. This is explicit and trustworthy.
Sensitive to the context
A soil remediation operation is never an isolated incident, but always part of a larger process. BioSoil is sensitive to this broader context of the remediation operation and creatively looks for possibilities to combine or integrate developments and activities. This exponentially increases the possibilities to save costs and to generate time and financial gains.
Continuous focus on solution aimed innovations
There is always room for improvements. This is an important basic principle for BioSoil employees. The approach of a remediation operation, the selected solution and the results of the techniques applied are always subjected to critical analyses. There is a continuous search for improvements. This basic attitude of the BioSoil team has already resulted in a number of innovations and will continue to do so in future.
Expert project leaders, advisors and other employees
Being involved in more than 230 remediation projects throughout the Netherlands provides BioSoil employees with ample practical experience. This expertise is invaluable in a process in which a black box, the soil, always plays the main part. There is a good reason that practically every remediation operation has its own surprises. And the more practical experience, the better these surprises can be handled. A personal schooling and development programme ensures that the knowledge and the skills of the BioSoil employees are always up to date.
