The Dutch Ministry for Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment recently declared BioSoil a front runner in the field of in situ remediation operations. The Ministry commended the company's continuous focus on new developments and the sustainability of soil remediation operations. In a letter of recommendation the Ministry also commends the low costs and other advantages of the BioSoil approach. Ever since its establishment BioSoil has been investing in improving existing remediation technologies and developing new and innovative methodologies. The guideline in this development is the objective of the most sustainable remediation possible. This innovative attitude has also been recognized by others over the past few years:

World's Largest bioscreen realized in Europoort-Rotterdam 28-05-2008: In May BioSoil started the realization of a bioscreen in the Port of Rotterdam (Europoort) area. The screen will have a length of about 275 meters and a depth of approx. 19 meters. These dimensions make it the biggest bioscreen in the world... Project starts in Brasil 17-11-2006. After a long preparation BioSoil International can now start with a new remediation project in Brasil. It is part of a petrochemical plant. The soil and groundwater are polluted with various organic solvents. Licence agreements renewed 26-10-2006. Some years ago, BioSoil International signed license agreements with renowned companies in Japan and Finland. Last month these agreements for the delivery of technologies, methods and additives were renewed. |
